I myself had a bitter experience with tutorvista. I found out they are very commercial they want to get money from students, but do not provide sufficient tutors. So whenever I log in I get more students. I attend all of them and so my payment will be big. But they do not want to part with the money, so they used to block my id saying I did not use comma, or did not use their script. Do they expect highly qualified tutors to work as sheep as they say? And also students are made to wait more than 10 hours to get a tutor for College Grade Math. The lead tutors are not very well versed in the subject but knows to obey management and will be repeating like recorded message whatever they want. The tutors are harassed and humiliated for no fault on them. I lost nearly Rs. 35000/- salary for last month inspite of sending so many mails. They simply reject saying they want to attend me on Skype. In the meeting they simply utter meaningless words with no proof and did not pay salary. But they ask me to pay full one year salary for the HR, and others (God only knows whether they share and make their pocket rich) Please tutors, and students beware of them.

Those are great tips to FIND THE RIGHT TUTOR. There are now a lot of sites like http://preply.com/en and itutor and even youtube so we really need to be careful on how we find the right one.
