Hi I received my two tac lights and you said life time warranty. well one of them will not work and I cannot find how to get it replaced, no info on that please advise

Why haven't I received my Taclight. I received 1 but I haven't received the other one. I would call but I can't on phone #. I received! About 2 weeks ago.
I ordered the taclight about 6weeks ago from the TV ad. I received what I assume the free one because there was no paper or receipt with it that was 2 weeks. I still haven't received the one I ordered, please check on this for me. The ad was Buy one for $19.95 and receive 1 free.
What is the $10.00 separate fee actually for? When you pick one flashlight off the shelf, why does it cost $10.00 to pick a second flashlight? The separate fee sounds like a total rip off.
If is a con company, no answer from you. Why you charged to much.
