I tried to submit an order over the weekend after seeing your TV ad. I could not get the order to send. I press the button, as instructed, but nothing happened. It was like the whole screen was frozen. I backed out and then filled out the information again, but again nothing happened. I hoped that I did not order twice, so I checked my bank account yesterday and again today to see whether a charge had been made to my bank account. It had not. Today I also checked to see customer reactions, and there I learned that people who have ordered previously have not received their orders after several weeks. Here are my questions: Is it true that you continue to run TV ads when you do not have the item in stock? How long does the average customer wait for the item to ship? What kind of batteries does the flashlight use? Is the second flashlight for another $10 offer only made when the item is out of stock?
