Hi Suzanne, Thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us today. When navigating the Find a House Sit page, when clicking into a listing because you are changing web pages your internet browser does not "save" where you scrolled down. This is due to the fact that when you change page, then press the back button on the platform it has to re-load the information, meaning that it will scroll back to the top. To avoid this we would suggest opening listings you want to preview in a new tab - it varies depending on your internet browser as to how to do this, but generally you would need to right-click on the listing and select "Open in new Tab"-, so that when you close said tab the original page you were viewing does not go back to the top of the page. Hello, Great question! Some sitters do take out their own insurance, be it travel, accident and liability or to cover medical costs. However, some sitters decide not too. It is completely up to the individual member. Although we do not endorse any insurance companies please feel free to have a look online and see what's available out there to fit your needs. The price that a member will pay when they auto-renew at the end of their membership year is the full price of the membership that they originally joined at. Discounts are not carried through to auto-renewal. However, you will never pay more at auto-renewal than what the full price of the membership was at the time that you joined and paid.
