I just signed up. Tried to cancel, sent 12 messages, called and did online chat. Still no response to refund. Is this sight legit? Doesnt seem so.

We are working to a 48 business hour turnaround for responses to members messages, however I am keen to look further into this for yoou, as I would be surprised to learn we have missed that many attempts to contact us.
