Impossible because they dont have one. They either have a fake employee repeatedly say that their "care team" will get back to you which they never do... or you wont even get an answer.

Is Trusii a scam or a legit company?
Answer:
I have had good experiences with this company and really have been enjoying their product. I see a lot of rumors but I do not believe them based on my personal use of their hydrogen water machine, which I feel is one of the better if not the best hydrogen water maker on the market.
