Yes - A company in NZ is in court now for removing bad reviews go for it how can it be a true representation when they dont put up the truth.

Yes I would because dodgy companies like this need to be stopped form trading or operating

I would be curious, as it could help set the precedent to help protect small businesses from malicious lies. Sadly the cost will most likely be prohibitive for most of us
