Answer:

Decline the charges with your credit company since you did not receive the services paid. AS SIMPLE AS THAT. THIS IS A VERY CROOKED CHINA BASED COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Is this a scam? the email i received after booking said my payment went through, but i won't receive my itinerary until 24hrs before the flights.

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS PURE AND SIMPLE. THEIR WHOLE SERVICE MODEL IS JUST BASED AROUND LIES. IT TOOK 374 MESSAGES, 167 PHONE CALLS AND FINALLY LEGAL ACTION FOR ME TO OBTAIN A REFUND AFTER AN AIRLINE CANCELLED MY FLIGHT.
