Why is customer service so bad? Looks like the company promises every thing, but like shady dealers, once they have your money, they just disappear, never returning your phone calls, or other attempts to communicate.
I was wondering why when I called Trinity to ask them about the model of my generator that they installed, I never received a return call at all. Like I always say "once they have the money, your time is over. Jesus, it makes me mad when a company takes up that thought. They don't need you once business is done, they forget who you are. I recommend people to Trinity, but I will now stop doing that. They too, bite the hand that feeds them.

Return? LOL Yeah right. Good luck with that. You're locked into a loooong term contract and can't sell your home unless the buyer assumes it! And don't believe their line that a potential buyer will see it as a plus. Sure... until they know that they will be hooked into that contract AND that a lien is placed on their mortgage!
