Good morning, Sorry for not responding sooner I was working late shift last night. Absolutely DO NOT give these details out please. Any information they need will be on the orginal order details and they would not need your credit card details or licence etc. Do you have a PayPal account? It is a safer way to pay and receive refunds. Be very weary of this company. Any company who makes its customers wait months on end for items and doesn't have an easy way to contact them or talk to them (in my case both the phone number and ticket thing failed recently) can't be all that. They make lots of promises but seem to fail to deliver. If in doubt check out your local trading standards website or contact there representative. For me; there is one at my local council offices. You can open a case with them. Or talk to your credit card company they can sometimes give refunds if you paid using that. Just be careful who you give your details too. Dear, Mariah k Did you submit a ticket and did they respond? Did you locate a tracking # and call the delivery place to locate that package? If So and there no response I would cancel the package and notify bank with a dispute for them to refund you your money. It should only take your bank a couple days to investigate it and credit your money!
This place is a scam. Like I have said. DO not bother anymore with trying to deal with thier customer service. File a dispute with your payment method ( bank, credit card, paypal, etc.)
Sherika M. What a small world. I live in a neighboring town 30mins north of Fayetteville. Anyways, my experience is similar to yours. I ordered a tote bag on October 9th and it shipped on October 10th and here it is November 8th and still have not received my merchandise. Luckly I only spent $11 and some change for my order. Will not be ordering from them ever again.
My order took 7 weeks. Check email for shipping confirmation. Send email from there. Will take a few days to get response back. Will never order there again
Well first what kind of shipping process have you picked? If it was stander it will take about month or may be longer if express then you will recive the product with in less then5days i've recived mine less then 5day. Second have you register on that site? If you did it will be easier to check the process. (customer service) if you look upper right corner there is a live chat click on that and choose submit a request and pick your question with your email and they will respond. My case i had no major issues with this website. Hope this was halpful
Mine came in about 3 weeks, theres obviously no point in trying to ring them as theyre chinese or something but i emailed their customer help email and they got back to me in less that 24 hours as promised. Maybe i just got lucky with my service then
