Not of any issue for depositing money but there are other tricks for that.

Of course not. They are not a bank. You transfer from account in one bank to another bank. If you travel in many different countries, consider Western Union. Or go to any ATM and use your a debit card issued by your home bank. There are other apps and services to send money to designated locations, in some countries it's a telegraph office or big chain store like Walmart.
You can't receive any cash without "dealing with banks" - at the very least you should have a sender-bank that money come from. Or your parents should :).
Not if you are an American unfortunately :( I heard a lot of Hype about TransferWise, but so far the verification process is ridiculous... Not sure how you are supposed to get money once you are in a foreign country if you can't get the card?
