I have paid for £19.00 why does it show £ 29.99? Total ve was £29.99,trustplot was for the same same software £19.99.thats why i have agreed for £ 19.99.but it shows £29.99 and why i cant download right now?

ALL I GOT WAS A LIVE CHAT AND WHEN I DIDN'T RESPOND FAST ENOUGH, THE CHAT WAS ENDED.

Difficult to find. It is not listed on their website despite the 'contact us' box and I had to do a number of google searches before finding it.

Not EASY AT ALL! You can email them they even respond as if they understand and continue their predatory practices.

Very easy and fast response time plus 50 frickin characters!

I haven't experience any problem with your antivirus, so, I don't know, how fast to get hold of your customer service.

The general answer from their Tech support is: "Try uninstalling program. Then reboot computer and reinstall program"
