No, despite MANY attempts with different methods they DO NOT respond to problems or concerns and just ignore us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM DESPITE THEIR CHEAP PRICING. PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD EITHER.
They are not responsive at all since they promised a refund
It's impossible to contact them. I've called six times.
I have called several times trying to speak with someone who is knowledgeable about my order with no luck. Don't waste your time with this company!
