Hi how i can start the procedure for cv writing..how can i do the payment ??

Answer:
The company is a scam, and responds variably to different customers. I actually rang them to find out why they hadn't acknowledged my requests after charging me nearly €300 - they're not even based in the UK. Their people can't speak English and they charged me €75 for cancelling my order.

Hi I am looking for job in Dubai .Do you cater to the CV required in middle east. In your mid level package is cover letter included ? I can't see mention of it in the CVNOW.com site ? it is only shown in ur UK site

Question:

What is the deal with this company? I signed up in good faith to have my CV drawn up using their Career Evolution package on the 7th June, finally got my first draft on the 14th June. I was disappointed with the draft so sent my comments back to my writer who has gone to ground ever since! I have sent numerous e-mail trying to get an update on what is going on to the Support Team but am getting nowhere. When I do get a response it is at a weird time, where is this company based? The USA? How I can I complain and get my money as this company is certainly not the professional outfit I thought they would be when I engaged their services to re-write my CV!
