I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I think there has been a misunderstanding here. I was only trying to help you by asking what your IP address is, because we have recently installed a VPN detection service that is returning some false positives from less than 1% of the signups so this is a rare occurance. If i could get your IP address I can white-list you in the system so you don't get this error anymore, that's the only reason I asked for it.

I'm really confused as to "which question I dodged"? We really do want to help our users, we pride ourselves in our customer support and have received numerous reviews and how much better our support is over all the other survey sites.

Another thing which is uncalled for is a bad review on our overall website because you hadn't even gotten access to the inside of the site due to this VPN error, so its not fair to give a bad review due to this.

I'm happy to give you access to the site, but I'm still waiting on your reply to my email to resolve this issue.
