Dear Matt, We can send the tickets to any address in the same country of the event. By filling the order online you will find an area to enter your delivery address (like hotel, for example) that is exactly for this purpose. The tickets will be sent by express delivery services such as UPS. Have not booked a hotel yet? In that case, you can order the tickets and guarantee your seats and update your shipping address later in your account. If you plan to update the address later, you simply need to click on the I will inform the delivery address when I will know it on the billing information on the online order form. Hi Mario, usually an Atletico Madrid event is confirmed about a month prior to the event. Note that the dates of all current potential fixtures in all competitions are subject to change. If an event is rescheduled, the original tickets will still be valid and there is no need for any further action. In general Unless the event has been cancelled, once a ticket has been purchased, there is no exchange, refund or cancellation. However, if you wish to cancel because of the date change and the request will be in advanced we may be able to refund/change the event for you.
