Actually was purchasing tickets thru ticketmaster and somehow through that process on line the heading ticketmaster was changed to ticket-center.com. This was not a change I requested or even really noticed until after I learned of John Prine's passing and wanted to find out about refund. I contacted ticketmaster but they could not or would not explain how they were linked. And now I am left with a useless time limited coupon and no refund.
