It depends on several factors: 1) the type of patent you have been approved for 2) your income when the patent app is approved 3) how many patent apps you have applied for when your patent app is approved 4) the fee set by the US Patent Office at the time the patent app is approved. All of these variables factor into the final fee needed when the patent app is approved, and can only be calculated when and if the patent app is approved. As a rough number, you need between $500 to $1,000 which includes services fees to process the approval. This number will be confirmed when and if a patent app is approved. The patent office makes everything complicated!
