i have a sprint galaxy s4 and its a cdma phone with global capabilities(world phone).I want to use it in canada on their gsm network.Sprint wont unlock it for me as I am not a customer.I input my imei and got a response right away saying you could unlock it.That response was obviously automated and given to lure me in to paying whether you can unlock it or not according to all the reviews I have read .It looks as though about half are getting unlocked and the other half are just getting pissed off because you told them you could unlock their phone and took their money without knowing or knowing fairwell you can only unlock half of them .Now you have been doing this long enough to know what you are capable of.I will gladly buy an unlock code and pay your fee if you get the unlock code have the unlock code on hand or will guarantee me 100% that if you taske my money ahead of time i will indeed have a working code given to me .These are my terms of service.I am a small bussiness dealing with refurbished phones and i need guarantees for me and my customers. thankyou
