You will not get a code they will tell you they cannot unlock your phone and list a bunch of bs reasons none of which will
Apply to you. Now you will request a refund best of luck with that! Read the reviews you are not getting a refund.

My phone is a Nexus 5. It is factory unlocked. I didn't know this and ordered an unlock from TheUnlockTeam. Kept my money!
