Long story short, Its been two month they picked the things I was consigning. Well my pristine Birkin was sold in one day and for less than the price they should had sold it, without asking me if I was ok with the price. During the time I was solving the problem with the price they sold my birkin, they said they were returning my 51 items, which is aprox 50 k in merchandise given to them by me and almost 90% brand new or new. Well suddenly after several weeks of supposedly sending me back my things, they said they are sorry, that they made a mistake with the address and sent it to a wrong address and that they can't get in touch with the supervisor of the condo or whatever, to ask her if its there. They cant find her so she can say if she knows what happened to the aprox 52 pieces. Now they say the supervisor is on vacation and I have to wait. This is really a nightmare, I can't sleep, work and the worst I hate how they're playing me!
Reading other reviews how people have gotten ripped and checking some of the stories match with mine, Im scare they will do the same with me. One of the reviews also said they gave her things back but after people returned them because they where used. My things where 90% pristine and most of the best brands bought in brand stores and department stores like Saks. I know that its time to get a lawyer because I'm worried after reading all the reviews.
Very bad experience, cant understand why this company is doing this to people, why aren't they scared of the law. Hope they pay me, because after more than two months I'm sure my things aren't the same way I gave them.
I have proof of everything I'm saying now.
