It's very easy to get a hold of customer service, there's a bright red "Support" button on the bottom right of the page, Im pretty sure the site is run by just one guy and his daughter in Michigan, so, it's a bit unreasonable to expect them to reply straight away, but in my experience, they reply to you pretty fast.

I didn't try to contact PLR customer support, as clicking on the Support button ask me to 'Leave a message'. I needed assistance immediately.
