I just would like a refund now... this is way too long to wait for plants... how are you going to handle this?

They cashed 2 large checks in Dec. 2015, but despite repeated e-mails and phone calls have never responded by either answering me, sending me the plants or refunding my money. I'll try BBB, but any other helpful info would be appreciated!
