I can't access my account, and have waited 15hours to get a new password e-mail link from TheHomeOfSteroids. I have placed and paid for a small order yesterday but still have no tracking details. Anyone else having problems.

Never had a problem and the website has always worked for me. I also forgot my password and emailed the office... they have no access to passwords and this is done by computer so check your spam folder was their response. The email was in there and the rest is history... HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I order from this site all the time withoit any problem apart from this week placed a order they took £52 and blocked my email address 0 commuication its shockig

I havent ordered anything for about 6 weeks now! Never had a problem! It useualy takes couple of days to respond! Good luck with your order mate! Keep us all updated please, sorry cant be more helpfull
