I paid for same day service and The Dogtor is being completely unresponsive. Has anyone had this issue in the past with them?

Hi I was wondering if the letter will say its a service dog
I got my ESA letter with Dogtor in 2016...I owned my condo for 21 yrs and now the board of directors is saying this letter is not valid! Please help!
How long does it take to get the ESA letter if you are qualified? Will the letter be signed by a doctor from my state,& include her license & phone#?
