How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Boho Factory?

They dont answer until you have all the information about the organization. I threatened them and I'm not done. I got my money back because they have a mailing address in Michigan so that's where they went to be returned. My bank gave the ok. You ship products here you need a clearance from customs and have to structure a legal entity in the US but what better way than good old delaware with lenient laws allowing them to have a legal business then having the address in Michigan. They lost that battle

Very hard to get a real response. Takes over 12 hours, no phone number to call only email.

Almost impossible to get a response they answered my initial email then didn't respond to the next 3
