Don't know, but I think the servers are in Singapore, or used to be. No matter, thanks to unemployable mods like Scott & Metisdead, and deviants like Jingthing TV is a waste of time. You'll only hear what they like jerking off to. So you can either join their pathetic little circle jerk if you're bent that way, or have your posts deleted until they finally suspend or ban you. As for TV, wouldn't go anywhere near an outfit that pits featherbrains in charge of its online forums.
