Allison, If you were at all concerned you would answer the phone when I call and call and call. It may be against West Corporation policy but the policy is ignored and you don't take complaints by not answering the phone or you hang up when you find it is a complaint. What you are doing is against many laws your customers have to pay BIG FINES! Right after the reminder call the FLOOD of telemarketers start and tick off the patients so they don't come back. I recommend TeleVox only to those who want to lose all their patients and have the state and federal government take TeleVox customers to jail. Allison your phone is ringing... why don't you answer?
