How come televox sold patient phone numbers to telemarketers to make extra money! patients complain of hundreds of calls per day selling air conditioners in february to lowering student loan interest rates. you people don't care about hippa because the doctors office is responsible and has to pay the fines!

What does "called no tt requested" mean? did the patient get the reminder message for their appointment or not? thanks!

How many times must i type in the correct info and be told it is incorrect and try again. i started friday, and my 51 tries haven't worked. the phone call 1-855-205-3250 service gives me fewer tries and then thanks me and hangs up on me. i am furious and worried and sick enough without this extra frustration. if test results are bad, does this system deny access until the doctor can break the news of the results?
