5 months ago I made an order on the website and after a few weeks started trying to find out where my order was. You cannot phone the company, apparently they are the only people in the world with no phones. After sending about 10 emails, I finally got a response saying my lotion was back ordered. Two months later, still no lotion. An email informed me, after I threatened to report them, that they would send me a replacement product, plus one extra. I believe they weren't paying their supplier, that's why I couldn't get what I ordered. They were supposed to send this replacement order out the first week of February. When that didn't appear, I wrote yet another email and my lotion was on my porch today. After reading all the reviews all over the Internet, I feel fortunate that I actually received anything. I will never order anything from Lotion Source again and encourage everyone to look for their products elsewhere. I think they just take your money and hope you forget them or feel it is too much trouble to pursue them for a refund.

Tanning Lotion Source was late on one of my orders too, but they finally did get the order out to me, they were having problems but i think everything is fixed now. Did you ever get your lotion or your money back?
