Hi, Michael. That decision would have to be made in court. We do not set any rules or regulations and act only as a way to record communication between parents.

talkingparents is part of the court order, but my ex will not use it. can I still post information required for her even though she isn't signed up, or do both parents need to be signed up?
We have been court ordered to use talking parents. I have a domestic violence restraining order against my ex. My ex continues to post love letters, pictures of us etc he posts everything but communication regarding our child. Any advice? The judge doesn't seem to listen when my attorney tries to address in court.
