Can I apply for PNP if in Canadian Education System, I have equivalence to Canadian 4 years and 3 years two bachelor degrees.

Yes your educational qualifications would first be evaluated via WES and then dependent on the points awarded for your education those points and that measure would be entered on the express entry profile
