Why when I bought a membership did I lose the ability to message with other members? It says my privacy settings won't allow it. I've done everything.

There have been recent changes. You should check your settings OR contact a Customer Service Representative, they usually respond in 24-48 hours unlike other sites I know that don't even respond to member inquiries!
