How long are you "considered" for membership? it's been over a month and still nothing? everything is filled out and they won't answer any inquiries without a paid membership. how do i know i am going to want a paid membership if i can't even sign in to check it out?

Answer:

Hi Ryan! You should put in a ticket to Customer Service if you are having issues with your account or have inquiries about the "considered" status. As for purchasing a paid membership, I can say it was worth every penny!

Why when i bought a membership did i lose the ability to message with other members? it says my privacy settings won't allow it. i've done everything.

Answer:

There have been recent changes. You should check your settings OR contact a Customer Service Representative, they usually respond in 24-48 hours unlike other sites I know that don't even respond to member inquiries!
