Yeah, I have a question. Why is it I just sent an email with TWO problems, they only resolved one, than when I reminded them of the other, they totally ignored me and sent me an automated reply to each email I sent them trying to get them to resolve the 2nd problem. Then I even went to the help page and wrote a band new form on the one problem, but they ignored it and kept sending me the reply to the original problem. I am fried that I can't get a simple human to LOOK at it, and from a technological point of view, my problem is easy to fix, they just don't want to help.

At least they resolved one. I sent them numerous emails with proves of being screwed and got no answer. My best answer is they dont want to pay you.

I have not had previous problems with getting action with a problem. I suggest you open a new 'ticket' problem request, stating only your 2nd issue, since the first issue has already been resolved. Don't mention the first issue in your correspondence and it should get resolved just fine, just ask for their help. This site is not a scam.
