Yeah, I have a question. Why is it I just sent an email with TWO problems, they only resolved one, than when I reminded them of the other, they totally ignored me and sent me an automated reply to each email I sent them trying to get them to resolve the 2nd problem. Then I even went to the help page and wrote a band new form on the one problem, but they ignored it and kept sending me the reply to the original problem. I am fried that I can't get a simple human to LOOK at it, and from a technological point of view, my problem is easy to fix, they just don't want to help. Pritha_devi_dasi@yahoo.com

It is recommended to use SwagBucks support as little as possible. In some cases, SB with give you credit for offers that don't process correctly, at their expense. If you do this too much, you may have your account deactivated.
If you didn't get credit for an 80SB survey, don't bother. If you paid $10 out of pocket to receive $20 and it didn't credit, go for it. Submit one issue per ticket and followup after a couple days, if needed.
As you complete offers, take screenshots using Screenpresso or a similar app so you can upload images to prove you completed offers correctly.
If you are just starting out, consider these initial issues part of the learning curve. I have been with SB for a few years and make $50 - $100 per month depending on how much effort I put into it.
