Is Surveys.thepanelstation.com a scam or a legit company?

For the last year with them!
I would say SCAM!
I contacted customer support for a whole 2 months about the issue of not being able to redeem my points and that the code message isn't being sent to me. Sent lots of screenshots for the error and give them every evidence that the problem isn't from my mobile but their system! Told them i'm losing my points from months without being able to redeem them!
They have same 4 messages they answer with it to all your messages and question just like a robot with no trying to help what so ever.
I sent about 30 messages with no help at all, That's VERY Rude!
