I have no trouble redeeming cash on Branded. You can withdraw cash at a minimum of $5.00 free. I never let it build up. My experience was to send cash to PayPal because I have a trusted account with them. I did not want to share all my banking info with Branded only because that is my personal practice with most businesses to guard against hacking. I had to verify a legitimate PayPal account and share a valid ID. I used my US State driver's license. Then I sent to my PayPal account for instant transfer to my checking account. For me, that is the easiest way but there are several ways to redeem points. If you are still having trouble redeeming your credits with Branded go to the websites FAQs to see if you find your problem. If you still can't understand the reason, there should be a link to access Customer Support. I have written directly when I felt I wasn't given fair credit or had trouble with a certain survey. I was always answered with a chance to respond directly to my email account.Try to talk to them and get your credit. Unless you violated your agreement you should be paid for the work you did. I have redeemed points several times from Branded. I don't let the points build up. I take cash as soon as I can redeem. I can't speak to why your account was suspended but you are entitled to an explanation. I have submitted questions about my credits and problems with surveys straight to Customer Support and always received a reply that I could answer if I didn't agree. If they feel you violated your agreement they should explain why. If you did violate your agreement you won't get credit but it should be explained to you. Go to their website and look at FAQs and ask Customer Support if you don't find a satisfactory answer. Best of luck to you.

I get overwhelmed by emails too. They are automatically triggered when you qualify but if you don't check right away they fill up and fall off your dashboard. There are millions of people world wide competing for the survey spots. Just delete that email and go to the link with another email a few hours later. Your surveys are only limited to the demographic you fall in. I am old so not very many people who commission surveys care what I think. I just keep trying, take what I qualify for and cash out as soon as you can redeem. I have been able to cash out easily to PayPal and instant credit straight to my bank. There are several companies available for redemption but only money talks to me.

I am on several Survey platforms and find everything I get is determined by who commissions the surveys. Legitimate platforms will ask profile questions to determine your demographics and Interests. Be sure to guard against identity theft in your answers and always make sure you are signing with a legitimate service. I am in the US where we are known for trying to buy what we want when we see it advertised. Although this is not true for everyone in the US, most companies really want a piece of that opinion. You could also qualify for surveys commissioned by world wide universities that are more interested in research. You will still be paid. Ethiopia is a beautiful proud country and the opinions of every country should be valued. Go to Branded's website and look at the FAQs or question Customer Support. If you have no luck with Branded, try other world wide platforms like Survey Junkie or InboxDollars. FinanceBuzz is one of the websites that lists legitimate survey platforms you could try. When you're on the internet the world is endless so best of luck to you.

Start early in the morning. If you try and get in during the evening, I have found that it is next to impossible to get in. I usually end up waiting till the next day. I hope this helps you!
