Easy if you enjoy WAITING & BEING LIED TOO! You CANNOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!
VERY DIFFICULT. On my last attempt I was on hold for 56 minutes before I gave up and hung up. It used to VERY easy, but something seriously wrong has happed to Summit's once stellar service.
Expect to be on hold for VERY long times, especially when trying to get help with an order already placed or trying to return something.
Very long wait time to speak to some one and they could not help me in any way after sending me parts that did not fit properly
I sat on the phone for over an hour last for days and still have not got a hold of anyone
Not easy spent 45 min to a hour each time i called
Terrible. Been a month of emailing and still no response
Get answers from the Summit Racing staff and other customers.
