Yep! That happens nearly every time I try to upload my verification picture, and once I can they say it's TOO LATE and charge me $9.99 AGAIN! GET OUT!
Yup! That's what they do, but according to them you should "make it back each month". The company really just scams people and takes money instead of allowing people to earn it as advertised.
Less than 9.99 my first time getting paid was. 30 on the same day, its cray if you have time to do, its great but I drove my car around on purpose
Like their rules laid out, and some people don't read them, one month after you join, BUT I believe it takes a month to adjust to your venture with a company.

Yes you pay 9.95 every month for the sticker but it is reimbursed back to you every month also.
