Hello. Possible to track the location of the phone if is offline by just handphone no?

Hello Xavier,
Thanks for asking the question. The location tracking feature requires the target device to be connected to internet. If it is offline, the location data is not able to be shared to you. This is how it works.

No, save your money.  They just got me for 3 months, because they make their app seem so awesome.  Good luck. I will try and help others avoid this app as much as I can.  Unless they want to really reach out to me at terrycottapie@gmail.com and provide some useful assistance or a refund.  I prefer the latter.
