Is Spyrix a scam or a legit company?

Tested it for 3 weeks, noticed some bugs, let it pass, then suddenly this.

HTTP ERROR 500
Keyloggers & Remote Monitoring are high risk software because the vendor can see all your data. The slightest malfunction of their Web Site is a telltale sign that they are thieves.
These people hackers. They are bad actors.
Do not install their software on your device or give them your money.
