Question:

I am trying to cancel my membership with songfreedom. but they are not getting back to me.

Answer:

The head staff at Songfreedom must have no idea how bad their customer service department has been for the past year or they are aware and don't have a care in the world about their customers. If you contact them through their contact form [info@songfreedom] you'll have a guy called Nadaley maybe respond to you if he feels like it. I believe he's the main customer service operative for the past two years and he does a horrible job ignoring the majority of emails. Just look at the reviews on this website for proof of this, all the complaints have been 'they don't get back to me'. He'll always try weave around the matter at hand or try offer you discounts to stay on rather than cancelling your contract even if your time has indeed ended. Unfortunately the only way to cancel the contract is to do what this other user on here did and that is call up your bank, and have them cancel the bank card and dispute any refunds owed to you. Nadaley will then try threaten you which you can then ignore seeing as he doesn't bother getting back to anyone himself. Other emails you can try email are: Jason Groupp (jg AT songfreedom DOT com), Jamie Howze jamie AT songfreedom DOT com), or the CEO Matt Thompson (mt AT songfreedom DOT com). Keep in mind all of them will ignore your emails but always worth a try if one of them end up being legitimate and wanting to fix things with their shocking customer service. Hopefully by copying and pasting this and sending it to those emails we can all bring awareness to staff and hopefully get them to fix their broken, messed up system. #FreedomFromSongFreedom

Question:

How to cancel songfreedom?

Answer:

Block charges through your bank or report them for fraud. They can't force you to pay for a service you don't want to buy.
