Looking for a recliner and found one i want to order but can't see all the colors and i need to know if it is manual or power looking for a power.

Answer:

Hello, unless the recliner is a power lift style, it will indeed be manual. For color options, you would have to click on the item directly, any additional colors would be listed on the righthand side, upon clicking on the desired option, the item itself will change color. Thank you!

Can i schedule my delivery from sofa mania for 6 weeks after the day of purchase?

Answer:

Hello, we currently do not offer the option to further date. If an item is in stock, it will indeed ship within 2-4 business days. However, some items do have a lead time of 2-4 weeks, meaning tracking would be provided within that time frame. Once tracking is provided, you may contact the carrier directly to request for the package to be held for up to 10 business days. Thank you!

What is the exchange/return policy? i am considering a rocker recliner but am concerned about the number of negative reviews.

While we believe that our products are amazing, in taste there's nothing written and you have 30 days (from delivery date) to return your item and get your refund with a deduction of a 20% restocking fee. Have in mind that to make this effective, we must receive the item(s) in its original packaging/box only, after which your refund will be processed. Prepaid labels will be provided as well as freight pick up scheduling when applicable. Thank you!
