How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at socopetbed.com?

Answer:

It's a fraudulent company. They don't respond to text or email. They have three different business names. Their phone number doesn't work. Currently in the process of trying to regain my money via PayPal-credit card. Run!

What made you choose socopetbed.com over similar businesses?

Answer:

They had a pet bed advertised that would be perfect for my little dog that has anxiety. Looked like a great product but guess I will never know.
