“Terrible fraudulent service!”

I ordered a bed five months ago for my dog. I have sent about a dozen emails and have tried to pursue the tracking number I was given with no concrete results. I have gotten only form letters back from the company without any real information about my purchase all together, I have lost about $100 and never received anything. I think this company is a scam. Beware.

Do not order from this company. It took almost 5 weeks to get the product. When I inquired after 3 and 4 weeks they never got back to me. I asked them to refund the shipping fee because it took twice as long to get here as they described on their site, but they refused. I ended up having to buy a bed on Amazon because my dog needed one. They have horrible customer service and said I had to pay to ship it back. Don't waste your money on their products. I am a teacher and believe in integrity, something this company lacks.

I ordered a dog harness on July 17, 2023.It is now August 4,2023. I have received a thank you for my order. Nothing else. No tracking or a number to call. I have emailed them 5 times with no response. My order was $33. The email they had was socopetbed.com. Then i got a customer survey that asked if i was satisfied? I clicked on bad, unsatisfied. It didn't load another page. Im ver unsatisfied. Will not order from there again. They send me new stuff from an email list with % off on items.

Ordered a small comfy pet's bed for my 6lb chihuahua. It was way too small. Returned it. Still haven't received a replacement or the $35 back. That was 2 years ago. And now they spam my text and emails. You will not get what you ordered and then they will never leave you alone. Blocked them. Said Stop. The just use a different tactic to harass you.!STAY AWAY FROM COMFY BEDS! Gave one star because it made me rate it.

I ordered 2 beds for me and my sister dogs I been waiting since February still no beds. Everytime I email them they tell me about the mail moving slow. I ordered something from China around the same time I got that item within 2 weeks. When I look up my order number it's still sitting at their business from March 29. I want my money back.

I could not get in touch with them after I placed my order. I waited 4 weeks and then they sent me a WRONG color- gray instead white. I didn't get answer despite emailing them several times. No phone nr on a site...I wish I read these reviews, I would order from Amazon instead. Totally not worth it!
Don't waste your time and money! They have good advertising but HORRIBLE, NON-EXISTING Customer Service

So upset! I made first order back February 27 and have tried two different emails to contact them second one said it's a bad email and wouldn't go through so now I'm out $60 and then didn't realize it had my mom placed an order and now unfortunately I guess she's going to be out the same. Strange thing is a lot of people are saying they ordered dog items but I ordered from a website called comfy beds trying to get Bed comforters.
Absolutely sad and pathetic that companies can get away with this I will do my best to let others know!

Bought a bed for my dog from Comfy Pets which was too small that I wanted to return and exchange for a larger size. Tried to call, email the company to return the bed. Sent numerous emails. Was never able to contact the company because they never answer the phone or return emails. Expensive bed that I donated to a pet place. So very disappointed. Really hope the BBB of New York does something about this fraud of a company.

Could not use the pet bed because it was too small. Ended up donating it.

I ordered a bed one size larger than recommended. The bed that came just fit and was not larger at all.
Bed are delivered vacuum packed and open a lot FLATTER than the web site photo shows.

I WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN. What makes you think your purchase would be any better. Look down the list all complaints. Doesn't that tell you something

No option for negative 5 stars - This is a bullsh&$ company do not answer besides the canned response that someone will get back to me - NOPE. Better off waiting for Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny to answer my letters from 1973

I ordered a beige and after checkout I received a confirmation that said blue. After reading reviews this has happened to others. I tried to cxl immediately on the 5th of Jan and didn't get a response until Jan 21st saying although it hasn't shipped I still have to return it when it comes. I still haven't received a shipping date. Poor customer service they don't even have a # to call only email which takes 2 weeks to receive a reply.

I ordered a large bed from them on 1/13/2021 and received the order confirmation. 3 weeks past and did not hear anything in regards to my order so I searched for their customer service number (which they DON'T have). I sent them an email which is the only form of contact you will have with this "company" I immediately received an auto response stating order information will be available within 2 to 4 weeks. I replied for them to cancel because my puppies can not wait that long for a new bed. I got a response from an "agent" a few days later basically stating that they're unable to cancel orders that are out for production. Got an email 2/18/2021 stating my order has shipped. Checked the status the next day and it was in Buffalo, NY. Today as of 3/11/2021 my order is still in Buffalo, NY. You guys please go elsewhere if you're looking for a new bed for your fur babies ( Petco, Pet Smart, Amazon... Anywhere but here). Now I'm out of $50+, mind you I had to pay for shipping as well when I ordered and still no product. They are NOT located in the U. S which is fine but at least do not lie to potential buyers of your products.

I placed an order on Jan. 15th and have yet to receive the item. Tracking hasn't been provided. I've asked for a cancellation and refund and they will not honor my multiple requests. Looking at all of the horrible, similar experiences. I am exploring other options to get some help getting my money back.

Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your money with this company. Haven't received item 3 months later and company will not honor my multiple requests for a refund and cancellation. Company can't even provide me with tracking info.

There us nothing honest about this company. After many, many attempts at email to get a credit for am item that was not packed in my order, I finally decided to use good old-fashioned snail Mail. That 320 Park Ave.,, NY, NY address was returned to me by the post office saying "Return to Sender. Not deliverable as addressed.
Unable to forward. The size bed they recommended on their website for a Golden Retriever was way too small, and the return label they were supposed to send, according to their website so I could return the bed (at my cost) never arrived. I finally gave the bed away to someone with a much smaller dog and told them they could bill me for the bed ONLY! They wrote American Express that I was trying to fraud them. Do not buy anything from them!

Not to shop here.

None... "Comfy bed size they suggested for my Golden Retriever way too small. Foot washer not packed in the box.

Ordered a pet bed and no response or billing confirmation after purchase. Emailed the company, as others have stated in the reviews, and there was an automated message regarding COVID-19 and delayed shipping, etc. I would have much rather made a donation to SPCA than donated my money to this POS company. It's really sad that there are people out there that do this.

The bed has been waiting for pick up by usps since March 30,2021.
I email them and just get canned response back. The bed was ordered March 1,2021. It is now April 10,2021.
If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered a bed from them over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I also emailed them numerous times and no reply yet! This place is very unprofessional and shouldn't be allowed to sell. The shipping clearly says 7-10 days however it's not. I will report these crooks!

I purchased a less than inferior pet bed for my dog from this company. First of all, this company is located in China and it took over a month to arrive. When it did, It was no where near the quality described and pictured. In fact, the bed was missing 3/4 of the bolster making it defective and unusable. It was also not the color that I ordered. I contacted the company several times advising that I wanted a refund. They either ignored my emails or refused a refund. Finally, after numerous attempts, they gave me a return address in China and said they would not cover shipping to return the defective bed, but would refund my order upon receipt of the defective product. I brought the bed to the post office and was advised that the cheapest shipping cost to China would be $77. Not wanting to throw more good money after bad, I sent another email with a photo of the bed and receipt advising what the cost of the return would be. I asked for a US address or for them to refund my money based on the photo of the bed that would need to be thrown away. I received no response. This company is fraudulent and should not be allowed to sell their products in the United States. Don't waste your money buying from them.

A total scam of a company. I believe they sell on Amazon and should not be allowed.

Website claims processing is a couple days, then shipping is up to 10 days. I did not receive my item for 6 weeks. I tried canceling prior to shipping, but they were difficult to reach and would not respond. They finally responded via PayPal and said the item shipped when it had not.

There's is no customer service. You will never get a response. I ordered a bed over a year ago and never received it. I've emailed every month and no responses. They finally responded a couple months later after first email and told me they would reship it. Never got it. They replied again months later stating they have never received any emails from me and that it was delivered and I had to show proof that it wasn't from post office. If you check tracking it doesn't show it was ever shipped so the post office can't look anything up. Since there is no phone number to call I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they were unable to get a response as well. Ive never given a bad review ever in my life but this is just unreal! I really do love the beds and just want my order! When you click the review button on order email it doesn't go anywhere. A live person to talk to would be nice.

I ordered two xs sized dog beds in Nov 2020 (based on the company's size table), they were too small but my dogs loved the beds. I spend $32 sending them back to Canada for an exchange and after 6 monthly emails and nearly $100 total spent, I have never received my exchanged beds. They likely re-sold the beds I paid for and paid to ship back. It takes them weeks to respond to each of my emails and always with an excuse as to why my replacement beds have yet to be shipped out. Get these same type of beds elsewhere - this company is a SCAM!

Two beds ordered in May; have not received any to date - its now September. After writing multiple emails and requesting my money back (which was promptly removed from my account), I have no dog beds and have lost $50 +. Do not purchase anything from this scamming company.
