I had bad customer service. Please look at their reviews from multiple sources. They are terrible, and also rate an F with the BBB. I, like MANY others, had a bad experience with the reptile I purchased. I do not recommend these guys.

I recently bought a beautiful male baby ball python and couldn't be happier. They shipped him immediately (he was at my house in less than24 hours and was warm & healthy.)All their shipping info is on their website and they answered all of my questions.

I received a sick turtle. Spent nearly a grand on Vet bills trying to save her.I DO NOT RECOMMENDED. Please consider the bad reviews, and think hard about your decision to buy from them. I had to euthanize.
