There was a $299.99 playstation 3 the bidder won it for $27.69......The price of bids are .75 cents so.....
.75 x 2769= 2076.75 + the payment of $27.69 = $2104.44
Snaglo made $2104.44 for a 300 dollar playstation 3
THIS HAS GOT TO BE ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased 1 bid package and so far only won 50 bids. I paid 10.38 for 50 bids. But other than that I have not been able to win anything else. I have been trying.

I have to wonder about the whole deal of the site. In theory it is great idea for consumers and the business but how can we know it's safe and legit? I hear well they advertised on tv so it's real. Why is that, we hear everyday about scams and stuff you can buy that are advertised on tv.

I think they easily can be scamming each and every person that gets hooked in. No fault in getting hooked as they are great items for low cost. But can you really win them? I have read a few people saying that they have won items, but if they are willing to scam on the site, why not on a forum or review site? I don't know people but be very cautious of snaglo.com.

I am using it right now. I have won a few small $ items. I won an amazon.com gift card and a Best Buy gift card. With that said, I do not think it is on the up and up. I spent 80.00 in bids and to pay for winning bids. The gift cards equal 125.00 so I did do good but the savings are not as good as they make them sound when you consider the cost for the bids which they do not include. I also think that there are absolutely bots or people bidding for the company because you see the same names bidding tons of times and at times when it does not make sense to bid. I also think that they do not let people with the big stuff (over 200) because I was in a bidding war on three different items and on all three of these instances the clock froze and when it restarted the item had been won by someone else

I heard this site advertised on the Howard Stern show, so I thought I'd check it out. My first impression was , "Wow, what a great idea, plus a chance to win items up to 95% off SRP...Great!
Once I learned the concept of the bidding system and how Snaglo makes $, I came to realize that it was no different than throwing away $ at a game of chance at a carnival. The bids are designed for suckers who fall into the trap that they can actually get something for nothing.
I purchased the lowest bid package ($37.50 - 50 bids) just to see if I was wrong, and began to bid on a DVD, a product that historically went to a bidder with only 3-4 bids max.. As soon as the timer got down to 3 secs left someone began to get into a bidding war with me. This went back and forth with me till I dumped approx $8.00, until I eventually stopped to let the other person win.
I honestly believe this site is running fraudulent activities by planting their own people on the site with 100's of free bids to drive up the price and take people $.
Eventually a network like 20/20 or Dateline will cover a story on them, which will expose them for their illegal activities...watch.
