Does aynax have e-signature

Did your price just go up? i got billed like 15.00 and it was always 9.99 (and thats kinda pricy for what it offers)

Hi! I'm very sorry about the misunderstanding. We notified our customers about the recent price increase by placing a message within your Aynax account, it was displayed upon clicking on "New Invoice". After 8 years without price adjustments, we now need to increase the price to cover inflation, server costs, and the dramatically increased size of each account during these years. Again, we apologize for the confusion and sincerely hope that you will choose to stay with Aynax for your invoicing needs, as we very much value our long-term customers, such as yourself! Can i link with my bank

Hi, currently it is not possible to link the Aynax account to your bank account. At the moment Invoices paid by PayPal are automatically updated in our system, cash and bank transfers have to be tracked manually. Kind regards, Lars. Marketing Dept.

I had a estimate sent by a contractor, how do i open it???

Hi, you should have received an email with a link. If not, please contact your contractor and have them resend the estimate. You could also check the spam or junk folder, as the email could have been blocked as spam by your email software. Kind regards, Lars. Marketing Dept.

I am sorry about this misunderstanding. Please contact support@aynax.com about the issue as they will be able to look into what has happened, they usually respond within an hour. The only way that your account could have been charged by us is that we have received an upgrade for a paid plan using your card details. Lars, Marketing Dept.

Im in the trial stage now and love this program. how much does it cost for one module and around 100 customers? can customers be deleted?

However, if you are looking for a continuous service, you will start off by getting a 21 days free trial.
