my son from Pennsylvania came and installed for me. Did not work. I want to return and get my money back. What a scam!!

If you paid through PayPal you can go through PayPal and open a dispute, that's what I had to do, got all my money back.

I got scammed too. You have to suck it up, for they will not answer when you email
Support. Future people that are thinking about purchasing this product, don't it is a scam and I am going to report them to the BBB.
