If you paid through PayPal you can open a dispute through PayPal, I got all my money back. They don't want to play with PayPal.

I can answer your question. I purchased 3. They will not refund my money. They have a notation at the bottom of the site I purchased from that states, 30 day refund if defective. If the dang thing won't pick up no more than 5 channels that are crap, the as far as I am concerned, it is defective. They want people to buy and no support. This is a scam and since supposedly they were on sale I am out $110.00, but I will survive. From now own I purchase from Amazon, for they make the seller's back their products or if too many complaints they drop them from the Seller List. You just like me got Scammed.
